3. Time Management In Urdu Paper
Time Management is very important in all papers. But in this subject it is crucial and time is very worthy because of the length of the paper. If you want to complete your paper in time then must act upon these tips which I am going to mention. One important thing is that The paper is not so long as you think. Here is a paper of 1st year Urdu. I will explain how to complete it on time. You can make time for any paper by taking this as an example.
In this paper, we have 155 minutes. Now we have to distribute time among all the questions.
Q2 has 12 parts. 5 minutes are enough for each question. To know how 5 mins are enough then going to the next tip.
Q3 will be solved in 20 minutes. This time is enough for tashrey.
Q4 will also take 20 minutes to complete.
Q5 has three parts so 30 minutes for ghazal part.
Question 6 consumes 6 minutes
Question 7 needs 8 minutes to finish.
Sum the total time. 60 + 20 + 20 + 30 + 6 + 8 = 144 = 145.
You have now 10 minutes remaining to read your paper and find your mistakes. Find your mistakes by yourself in paper instead of leaving them for the teacher.

For 9th and 10th Class
If you are the student of 9th or 10th class then you should write 3-4 lines in short questions. If you write more than this then marks will be deducted. Just write to the point in these questions. Don't try to make answers comprehensive.
For 11th and 12th Class
The strategy of lines is different for HSSC. You must write 4-6 lines in short questions to get the full benefit. You may write less than 4 lines if the answer is too short. But never cross 6 lines limit otherwise your marks will be deducted. Here is the example below.

7. Excellent Way of Sabaq Tashrey ( جزو کی تشریح )
It is also a very important portion. Its importance can be judged from this fact that it is included in all classes i-e 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th. You must follow the tips to write it effectively.
Firstly you should write the correct name of the author and title of the lesson from which the paragraph is taken. Students think that it is not important to write the author an title. we will only lose 1 mark. Trust me I am telling you an important thing. I repeat, it is very important to write the author and title name correctly because if you write it wrong then examiners think that you don't know about Tashrey also and he/she give you less than average marks. If you write the wrong names of a lesson and author then you will get very fewer marks in this portion. On the other hand, if you write it correctly then you get the attention of the examiners and he/she give you good marks in Tashrey. Now I want to tell you about the number of lines that you should write in this portion.
These are the headings you should include
Author's Name
Write the name of the author correctly
Title of the lesson

Seeaq-o-Sabaaq
Firstly I want to tell you what is this and what we have to write in this. Seeaq meansپہلے and Sabaaq means بعد. So it means that you have to write what is written before this paragraph in the lesson and what is written after this one in the lesson. You must write 5 to 7 lines in this heading. Include some poetry and Ahadees.
Tashrey

8. Attractive Nazam Tashrey ( نظم کی تشریح)
The procedure is the same for this portion as we did in the previous question. You must write these hearings in this part.
1. Poet Name
Poet's name must be correct. The reason is the same as I mentioned above.
2. Poem Name
You have to write it correctly to gain the attraction of examiners.
3. Mafhoom
Mafhoom is the meaning of stanza. So just write it in 3 to 5 lines.
4. Tashrey
Again I am telling u this heading has more marks. So you have to write it correctly to score good marks. These are the tips for Tashrey

9. Ghazal Tashrey ( غزل کی تشریح )
Ghazal tashrey is also crucial for gaining high marks. So you have to write it correctly. Make these headings in this part.
1. Poet Name
Before preparing ghazals, you must prepare for the poet's names. If you don't know about the name, then in a teacher's point of view you don't know about ghazal. So just write it correctly.
2. Mafhoom

11. Essay Writing ( مضمون نگاری )
The essay question is included in the 10th class and 12th class paper. Trust me, You can score maximum marks in this question if you read and follow my tips.
1. The length of the essay should be 5-7 pages. It can be more than 7 pages.
2. Use the Blue Marker to highlights the specific words. It's very good.
3. Use quotations on every page.
4. If you write poetry in essay then its "Sohny Py Sohaga".
5. Try to write in multiple paragraphs.
6. Follow the outlines given in the question. Write one paragraph for one point.
7. Use quranic ayat or ahadees if necessary.
12. Application Pattern and tips (درخواست )
It is a very simple and straight question. The important thing about the application is that u have to follow the pattern of application. 40% to 50% marks are for the pattern.
